has started a new rating system and it works pretty easy. This +1 tells others who visit whether or not its a good site or whether its popular. The only downside is that it requires you to have a Google account, not to be confused with a Gmail account. Good news is that you can sign up for a free Google account with your current email provider such as yahoo, hotmail, live, etc. Once you've signed up for it and you're logged in, you can start giving +1's to sites you like...like ours; hint, hint.
