Can blogging be a money tree?

     By Adrian B- Is it really true that you can make money through blogging? The answer is yes. People don't realize the potential income that can come from simply blogging. For those new to blogging, it's as easy as 1-2-3. Most blogs can be hosted free of charge and are very user friendly. Most people would never attempt a blog because they think it is too complex. Don't worry you don't need to know HTML or web language to do a blog. It's all about writing what people are interested  in reading. Blogging about your pet turtle or the growth of your chrysanthemums will likely only attract a few friends and a couple strangers maybe but you'll never get massive amounts of visitors or regulars visiting your blog. 

     So what's the secret? First, find a good topic to write about and remember that it needs to be a subject that you can write about indefinitely...well as long as you want people to come to your blog. (If you stop writing; people will stop visiting your site.) For instance, if you want to write about a a particular person, such as the current president then you may have good stories to write for a few years but as soon as the president is no longer in office, most people will lose interest. You get the point. Secondly, a blogger must constantly be adding to his or her blog. People are not content reading old news, and just because it was popular when you wrote it does not mean it will be the slightest bit interesting in a week. A good blogger ought to be writing daily or at least every few days. Find and publish exciting, new bits of information on your subject. it can also be beneficial to put thought provoking questions into each blog, this will often entice readers to comment.
