A tragic and rare event occurred last night, when a fan reached over a railing to catch a ball thrown into the stands by Ranger outfielder, Josh Hamilton. The fan leaned out and lost his footing, causing him to tumble over the railing and land head first on the ground below. He was taken to a local hospital where he soon passed away. We have provided some footage of the event.
Is catching a ball that important...really? I'm sorry for the family's loss. That's very tragic. James T.
